Crocodiles Stir in the Night as Count Vlarkorth Awaits the Hunters

Werecrocodile is today’s boosted creature, while Count Vlarkorth is today’s boosted boss.

Something Moves in the Swamp

There are places in Tibia where the darkness is simply darkness.

And then there are places where the darkness has teeth.

The Werecrocodiles belong to the second kind.

Part beast and part nightmare, these creatures inhabit the dangerous corners of Tibia where few adventurers would willingly wander without a reason.

Today, there is a reason.

The Werecrocodiles have become the focus of hunters across the world, drawing adventurers toward their hunting grounds in search of both experience and the rewards hidden among their remains.

But anyone approaching their territory should remember an old rule of the wilderness:

The creature that looks like it belongs in the water may not be the creature you expected to find there.

An Earl’s Shadow

Elsewhere, another name has begun circulating among those seeking a more dangerous challenge.

Count Vlarkorth.

The vampire lord is one of the five vampire bosses encountered during the Curse Spreads event and is closely associated with the Blood Hall of the Vampire Crypt in the Edron region.

Unlike an ordinary hunt, facing the Count is not simply a matter of following a trail and finding the strongest creature in the room.

The encounter is part of a larger struggle against the forces of the undead.

And today, the Count has another reason to expect visitors.

Two Hunters’ Roads

One road leads toward the swamps and the beasts lurking among them.

The other leads toward ancient bloodlines, crypts and a count who has had far too long to become comfortable with his immortality.

Werecrocodiles are waiting.

Count Vlarkorth is waiting.

And somewhere between the two, another group of adventurers is already deciding which danger looks less unpleasant.

There may not be a good answer.
